Base for the EPDM roof
A fluid applied membrane, which dries to a tough, yet flexible and monolit hic surface that will not permit the passage of water.
This product is intended as a waterproofing base coat to be covered with a Numastec finish coat ing for extended protection from ultraviolet and environmental degradation.

Usual specifications call for a two-coat application to obtain the recommended 500 microns. | |
This product has a very fast set time, so care must be taken to not apply the Base 8 too far ahead of the cloth being applied. | |
Numastec Base 8 must be back-brushed or back-rolled to insure removal of all air bubbles and provide maximum adhesion to the substrate. | |
Base 8 is reinforced with embedded polyester cloth between the two coats for optimum performance. |
